Krista is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant providing breastfeeding/chest feeding and bottle feeding support to families at all stages of their journey. Krista’s interest in this field began with the birth of her first daughter, when she encountered many difficulties with breastfeeding and subsequently received help from public health nurses, an IBCLC, and the La Leche League. After the birth of her second daughter, she recognized the need for a supportive community for families with newborns and decided to attend the Breastfeeding Program at Mohawk College. Through practical hours gained through La Leche League and working as a peer counsellor at the Guelph Community Health Centre, Krista has been qualified since 2016. Krista now lives in St. Catharines with her husband, two daughters, and one black lab dog.

Joanne is an osteopathic manual practitioner and owns Best For Baby Health Inc. She is a resident of Niagara and a proud mother of two. Joanne has worked in healthcare most of her life, she embraces change and enjoys moving forward. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Physics) from (York U), a diploma in Osteopathic Manual therapy (CAO in Hamilton). She specialized in paediatrics at The Cranial Centre (Toronto) and with Dr. Jonathan Evans (Australia). Joanne is working towards her Masters of Education (Brock). She teaches and mentors other manual therapists in paediatric osteopathy.

Kiara is a 4th year osteopathic student, helping us out at the clinic until she is fully graduated. She is completing her studies at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, having over 1000 hands-on clinical hours by the time she graduates. She sees adults and teens. Kiara graduated from Brock University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences. She is passionate about health and wellness and wants to help others along their healing journey. Since she still is a student, she is currently taking only cash donations for treatment to go towards Doctors without Borders.
